2. Service Description We provide digital educational content, video courses, and proprietary TradingView indicators related to futures trading. All services are for educational and entertainment purposes only. We are not financial advisors and do not provide trade signals or investment advice.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are monthly recurring subscriptions.
You will be billed automatically every 30 days until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time via your member dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not trigger a refund for the current period.
4. Digital Delivery & No-Refund Policy

Immediate Access: By purchasing, you request and agree to receive immediate access to our digital content and member area.
Waiver of Withdrawal Right: Under EU consumer law, you explicitly acknowledge that by accessing the digital content, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
No Refunds: Due to the immediate delivery of proprietary intellectual property and indicators, all sales are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property & Use Your membership is personal. You may not share login credentials, redistribute videos, or resell our indicators. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.

6. Risk & Liability Trading involves significant risk. Dylans Trading is not liable for any financial losses incurred. You are 100% responsible for your own trading decisions.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
